Description

Not sure if this is the place. Absolutely aggravated with Hiltz Disposal. I had to call them to pick up furniture we were getting rid of because Stevens Street dump won't take it. Fine with that. I called them and thought it was all set to be picked up. We have to do it for 5 weeks a piece at a time because it was a sectional. When I called to see what time they would pick it up last week Debbie the receptionist checked and said it wasn't scheduled, when she originally told me that I was all set. Not only do you have to give them a credit card number over the phone, which I did the first time and she said she didn't have so I had to give it to her again, but it will be $10 a piece=$50. Plus they also charge you a processing fee which she told me nothing about. She told me she couldn't find the post it with my credit card number on it because they were constantly switching desks, which I then in turn said my credit card number better not be floating around your office for someone else to use. I called yesterday at 2:00 because regular trash had long been picked up and it is a different truck for big stuff to find out what time the truck would be there to get it. In turn she told me that the dumps were busy and backed up but the truck would be there to get it. Needless to say it is still there. I called this morning and told her it was still here and she said she didn't know why because it was scheduled to be picked up. Plus they print tickets for the driver telling them what to pick up and if it is not what they are looking for then they won't pick up what is sitting there. She would call the truck driver and find out what happened and call me back, which she did not. I called and she said all set, so it better be.
