Description
The pedestrian walk signals on 11th St nw north bound are not timed to match the light cycle. The counter starts to high and then jumps from apprx. 15 seconds to the second, which is dangerous for slow pedestrians who enter with 15 seconds only to have the light for crossing traffic turn green six seconds later.
