Description

There is approximately 30-40 feet of overgrown shrubbery on the west side of this property on the northeast corner of Grove and Belmont. It is impossible for pedestrians to pass each other between bushes and tree boxes, forcing someone to step into the street. In addition there is a tree at the edge of the property which has thorns and is low over the sidewalk. Both issues are not only an eyesore, but potential public safety issue.
