We lived 543 31ST St. Oakland, Ca. 94609-3203, from our back neighbor to us, along the Fwy. there are 3 spots graffiti; -> When they did the 1st one, I was in the back yard feeding the roses, I spoke loudly: "Call policeman"! about 3-5 times, they left. -> But, the 2nd and 3rd one, I don't know when they did them.
