THERE R DOGS IN THIS HOUSE AND THE ONE NEXT TO IT WHO R CONSTANTLY BARKING!!!! ALL DAY AND LATE INTO THE EVENING THIS GOES ON !!!

lol It's a public forum missy. If you want private then call the police. I suggested animal control because you are complaining about animals out of control.. but hey,, why be appropriate? unless you want to constructively solve the problem.. sorry I tried to help you..
