The pirates seem to have changed their transmission frequency to s lower one. That leaves a bit of static but does not entirely wipe out the signal. I do not know if they did thus on their iwn or at the prompting of the Mayor's office of FCC. NEITHER of those public services responded to mt letters--yes, real letters-- or emails.
