Hello. The exact same situation existed on Loomis Court until the Engineering Department expanded the road surface around the circle and placed boulders on the now smaller circle where the many trucks used to cut through it. Before the change, we had a perpetual mudhole that bred many mosquitoes in the summer. The downside is that recycling collection has been delayed until a smaller truck arrives. Good luck.
