By the time someone from the city reads this post,somebody could have gotten killed. Something like this should have been phoned into the police, then posted and in the post mentioned that it was phoned in. After reading this I reported it to the police but it was around six hours after it was posted.. The city does not monitor this site every minute of the day, please report incidents like this by phone.
