this building and the other 2 buildings as well are dirty and has roaches. I ve been living here for over a year has seen the hallways been moped 2 times because i have call the office with the same complaint and very little they care. i say that because the office doesnt show that they care for the tenants. they try to give me a quick resolution over the phone with a very little interest. " I m going to text the superintendent" little does the super care. he attends to the matter when he feels like it. I have to complaint over and over again because he has not done the cleaning yet. I m very dissapointed with the way the realty handles the cleaning issues for their tenants,but they are very on point to increase the rent with no changes in the lease or updated lease. the increase gets sent to tenants by a simple letter signed by the super . " this is very unprofessional" for tenants who work hard and pay rent every month for we get treated this kind of way. someone needs to listen to this unfair situation. i would like the town hall to hear my voice for the second. time.
