How in the world does a private citizen or group (Friends of Mears Park?) Get away with forcing the residents, visitors to listen to the same flute music blaring from the Park Speakers over & over & over from 8am to 10pm? This is just wrong. Have they ever heard of a person's civil rights or "nuisance laws"? St Paul is just unbelieveable. How would they like it if they were forced to listen to "death metal" or "hip hop" for 14 hours? Same limited song list as well.....Clueless folks here in Lowertown.
