If I'm not mistaken, I think the same thing happened a few months ago and when it was cleaned up,
a higher fence was supposed to be installed. I don't know what happened.

These are the same cut tires that were reported on a month ago!

This has happened a few times at this location.The mess is cleaned and more tires and various other debris is dumped.More "cut" tires are found on East Rock Rd. and a few are strewn about the city,including Orange street..Someone is pretty free and comfortable with a knife eh ? You have a truck driving around the strategically placed rocks at the old lover's lane located in Hamden,at that pretty sharp turn before the entrance.They park at that ledge that overlooks the Barn etc. and roll the tires down
