Description
There is a covered car that has not decals next to an abandoned toilet in front of 55 Rock Creek Rd. The city tried to remove it, but I am not sure what happened. Also, the area is covered with leaves that fell during the fall, and they haven't been removed

Have you called LCI , NHPD and Public works to followup?? This site will net 0 response.
You have to call directly. The PD should be able to tag the car with a 24hr move or lose sticker after that they will tow-flatbed or drag (if its york towing lol) that car away.
