Description

The alley between Brook Rd and W. Seminary is practically impassable due to numerous large, deep potholes, and has been like this since the alley was graded (an extremely poor and haphazard job) last year. When it rains, they fill with water and then breed mosquitoes by the millions. The city has been contacted numerous times about this, and has done absolutely nothing!! The threat of West Nile virus and other mosquito borne disease is very real. PLEASE DO FIX THIS ALLEY!!!
