Description

The alley between Brook Road and W. Semininary is practically impassable due to numerous huge, deep potholes. They fill with rain, and breed mosquitoes for weeks after the rain. This has been reported many times, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. This needs to be addressed immediately, as the summer breeding season is now upon us, and the threat of West Nile virus and other mosquito borne diseases is very real. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!
