Is it possible to disallow construction on Mineola Ave on the stretch between Warner/Powerhouse during rush hours? The traffic is out of hand (there is no sign of it being managed) and causes delays to those who need to travel work, school etc. For instance, it took me over 25 mins to travel from Princeton Ave. to Warner Ave.
