There are three separate properties located on John Hay Avenue that are in grave condition and require property maintenance. The three homes are located at 19, 21 and 23 John Hay Avenue and each requires massive yard work. Two of the homes (21 and 23 John Hay Avenue) are vacant and require property maintenance on the inside as well. They are a great concern to many neighbors as they are not only an eye-sore but the odor resonating from the homes is disgusting. They are a prime target for squatters and something needs to be done. All three properties need to be taken care of. My family pays a lot of money in taxes and we shouldn't be subject to living in these conditions. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the town would take the time to investigate this.
