this corner house has 2 junk cars there for years. grass and weeds growing around them on the driveway. weeds and debris throughout the yard. no screen in the garage side window. windows always open.several times i have observed intoxicated older men wandering around either the yard or the neighborhood. the homeowner must be running a boarding house for old drunks. i'm sick of seeing this mess.
