Description

driving west on Clark at intersection with Faircloth, there are tall overgrown shrubs on right hand side of Clark that block any pedestrian traffic walking south on Faircloth. You cannot see anyone until they are right at the crosswalk. You have to pull out onto Faircloth to make sure a pedestrian is not ready to step into crosswalk
