Description
A Tale of Two New Havens....Ninth Square is completely ignored but look at Broadway. You won't see one light out! If this were a new problem then I could understand. However this has been the status quo for years and this in spite of numerous shootings and a murder 2 years ago at the corner of Chapel and Orange. I can't fathom why we can't get this right. It seems very typical in this city. I expected better from Harp and team. It doesn't seem like anything has changed.

The city says it's the owner the owner says it's the city meanwhile they have been broken for 10 years. If it's the owners job then the city needs to start issuing fines or just suck it up and fix them because the current plan is not working.
Buffalo Wild Wings got so sick of waiting they installed there own lights. This just isn't how a first class city that prides itself on walkability should go about these issues.

We are delineating Street Lamp issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to Dec 31, 2015 are being closed. If your Street Lamp issue still needs to be addressed, please create a new issue by selecting the Street Lamp service request in SeeClickFix. Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
