Continual Barking Dogs:

Many evenings we are disturbed by barking dogs that cause other dogs to bark. The problem usually occurs between 9 P.M. and 10 P.M.; 11:00 Pm to 12:00 A.M and 5;00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. behind my home (142 Cedar Lane). The dogs are either unattended or given the hours mentioned, they are "URGING" their owners to take them out to do their business. I have been a dog owner, breeder, handler, and have shown our dogs norwegianelkhounds) up and down the East Coast. I have live here for 33 years and I'm confident that my dogs where well trained and maintained to not be a nuisance to my neighbors.
