The resident next door @411 W 24th ST has bamboo grass that has now come onto my property. I have had discussions with the owner over the years and she has refused to be cooperative. Refuses to maintain her property and keep grass cut. Now I have it growing under my back porch and this is becoming a nuisance that I have to now be concerned with bamboo grass growing onto my property.
