Description

The shoulders on both sides of Northampton Blvd over the lake smith water area have become unpassable for bicycles since the shoulders have been repaired. The chunks of ground pavement are so large you can't ride on it. This leaves Diamond springs/Gardenwood park without
a way to get to the rec center. I hold my breath when I see a child riding on the roadway when cars are passing at 55 mph. I deem this as an emergency repair.
