Is Quinnipaic considered a state road?

The original plans called for a raised traffic circle and decorative islands to control speed without speed bumps. Well that is not what we got. It is basically a mosaic(s)in the ground. The islands further up serve no purpose either. Empire Paving who was awarded the contract did a sub par job. Most people drive right over the middle of the traffic circle. The preceding traffic splitter is the only slightly raised partition. This is why it takes so many hits.
The Quinnipiac Avenue redo was basically a golden parachute for Johnny D to hire all his buddies and then check out. Empire Paving has screwed up and left so many curbs and parts undone.

Project was administered by the City Engineer’s office. Although there is no grade differential the design works. Vehicles do slow down. A raised island would not work at this location due to the limited right of way, trucks would not be able to negotiate the turn.

There's a rader on Quinnipiac now, so thanks to Alderwoman Santana for that. However, people still drive WAY too fast down the street, and are still driving straight through the traffic circle. Is there anything else that can be done?
