The fence was found laying in private property and has been referred to Zoning and Code Enforcement for follow up. Thank you.

Zoning and Code Enforcement has updated the case. A notice of violation was sent on 4/17. Per Zoning and Code Enforcement "After we perform our inspection, we notify the owners of the violations and the corrections required. We are required by the Code to allow the owners 30 days to comply. If the owner does not comply then we take them to court, this is a four to eight week process. So rest assured we are working on the problem, but it will take time."
