When is the city going to tell Morabito about their illegal deliveries? The ordinance is clear, yet the bakery did another drive by after 10 p.m. on Monday night, June 25, 2012
Section 220-4 Noise
B. The following acts are declared to be unlawful:
Deliveries, unloading, and opening of commercial goods between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday through Friday.
morabito illegal activities (Guest)
Just like the cop who tries to keep people from complaining about morabito bakery who again violated the law and had a delivery today June 29th after 7 pm, so will the rest of the town ignore citizens and kowtow to businesses and contractors destroying the town further with noise, disruptions and other illegal activities. The town won't tell morabito about their illegal deliveries. The ordinance is clear, yet the bakery did another drive by after 10 p.m. on Monday night, June 25, 2012, then another today after 7 p.m.
