Description
Neighbor always piles fallen palm fronds in the driveway instead of throwing in the trash daily. He let's them pile for 3-5 months until he is sited and then he disposes of them. The stack currently contains approximates 20 fronds. This attracts rats and unwanted critters to the neighbors next door. He also has trash that sits out front in the driveway for days until he tosses it. A lot of time rodents will break in to it and trash leaks and is blown in to the streets.
