This is a storm drain for the Stormwater Dept.

I looked all around 227 and there is nothing there. More information is needed.

It's at the drain in front of the historic city hall building. There is a hole around the drain and/or the drain is low so you bottom out trying to enter the area.

I will have a look and schedule the work needed.
