Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. Masonry structure at the corner of 32nd and Throop has a large crack in the upper NW corner of the building that is getting worse. Work has been ongoing on the building with no attention to this issue and now there are people working on the roof and loads of material being hoisted onto it. This is an unsafe situation for the people working on the building. The crack is getting worse by the day.
