Description

they have 2 cars blocking the sidewalk at all times. 1 has had a flat tire for 3 weeks now. another truck in the driveway that has not worked or moved for months. tons of trash. we are tired of the trash and blocking of the driveway. the kids can't stay on the sidewalk because of them.
