Just moved to this address, all that was at residence when purchased was blue recycle cart. I missed initial pick up, requested pick-up which was completed but they did not empty the blue container I'm guessing because it was a recycle trash bin( blue) can I please get that container emptied and replace with a regular green trash cart.
