Description

This has been reported previously. From 2409 North Ave. to 2507-2509 North Ave. overgrown bushes and hedges are keeping pedestrians from walking down the sidewalk. Pedestrians have to walk into traffic to get past this portion of the block. Lets hope that no one gets injured by a vehicle!
