Spent last weekend listening to the dirt bikes all day race around.Sounded like a drag strip between 10th and 11th streets. Not one CPD unit in the vicinity the entire weekend. Be interesting if you could put a GPS on their vehicles to see where they actually are during the day cause they sure aren't near my house.
