Thanks very much for the explanation. That makes a lot of sense. I have a question, though. Issue 1683106 is a street tree, and this issue is a tree in Edgewood Park (the address isn't exactly right). Should they still be duplicates?
I also have a more general question. If a single block has multiple dead trees, should I only create one issue? If so, how would you know that there's more than one dead tree?
Thanks for your help. Communication like this is fantastic!
I do apologize, I realize that these are in fact two different work orders. The way we usually input multiple trees on a block is by making a notation on the work order ex. 180 Park Road is where the first tree is located so I would enter it under that address. In the description I would say 5 trees at location between 180 and 200, or 180 until Hyde Street which is the corner. Also state whether or not they are on the same street side or not. Pretty much the more detailed the work order the higher the chance that the work will be accurately completed. I hope this helps.
