Description

McDonald's on Halsted and 31st....ONGOING issue with overflowing dumpsters and garbage in alley...a citation needs to be issued and some kind of sanitation guidelines must be enforced!! The residents behind this restaurant are seeing more and more rodents and are experiencing disgusting conditions. Please help us!
