6/1/15 - The only item that could be found for that address was a home office for off-site business. II have placed a call to the person granted the home office. If nothing is heard by the end of tomorrow business day, a Notice of Violation will be sent. This does not appear to be an allowable use for that district. ZEO

This property looks like a big two family house. They probably should have quite a few vehicles in the driveway.

6/16/15 - Update - Owner of property was spoken with on 6/10. He was not aware that trailers must be parked behind the front line of the house. He is currently contacting the state to see if he is allowed to park it on the street. If not, he will park it behind the front line of the house and come into zoning compliance. Also, he does have a home office for his restoration business. When it was issued he did not have the trailer. However, once the trailer is parked behind the front line of the house; it will be in zoning compliance. ZEO
