Description

During the evening rush hour, drivers use the median/turning lanes between Northway overpass at exit 8 and Lapp road as a driving lane making it very hazardous for drivers legally turning left into the (CVS) shopping plaza, and for people trying to exit the Citgo gas station, Stewarts, etc.
