If the MD would be honest with you folks, you would stop posting this nonsense. I have personally spoken to the head of the road commission and he said that they do NOT look at this stuff because they just don't have the time.

John is correct! I too have tried to use this tool and found that all it does is shoot blanks. Calling the department that has jurisdiction for the issue you are experiencing will 95% of the time get you in contact with someone who is very willing to listen to you issue and help you get it routed to the correct place. I have even had the contact email me back after 6 months letting me know the status and how things are going. Just remember that if you are civil and respectful you will reap greater rewards.
