Description
I work near this intersection and see drivers making illegal turns onto Pines Blvd westbound from the north bound straight lane EVERY day and on EVERY light cycle around 4pm. There never seems to be any police at this intersection to catch them either. This wasn't a problem before the mall opened. Now drivers seem to think the rules don't apply to them here.
