Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on May 21st. The owner has seven days to comply and the Code Inspector will reinspected and if the work is not done the City will assign the location to their contractor. The contractor will clean-up the site and the property owner will be billed. This was likely turned over to the contractor.
