On every trash day there will be trash and recyclables all through my street all because the way the trash men pick up trash they spill it all over not caring how they throw the trash in the truck this problem is a easy fix just have a talk with the pickers and try to explain to them to be mindful of what they are be doing. There are alot of elderly on my block and they will not be able to come out and clean up there trash that they just put out to be pick up just to bring it back in there house to be picked up next week
