Animal Control spoke with home owner.

No they did not, I am the home owner and have not gotten any calls or spoke with anyone.

Animal Control Supervisor (Tom DeChellis) responded to the location and spoke with a female party that stated her husband is the one that sent the request to 'seeclickfix', that he was sleeping and did not want to disturb him. The cat was not there when I arrived. I requested that when the cat returned to call Animal Control by telephone (for immediate response) to assess the cats health / take appropriate action. I also left my business card with her if her husband had any questions.

Animal Control has assessed the situation and has been in touch with the owner.
