All up and down this block (and probably other places as well) the garbage collectors have been negligent about returning the cans onto the curb, blocking the parking areas and sometimes residents' driveways.

If we have to get the cans properly to the curb, why can't those people who get paid to do it, clean up behind themselves?

I have already brought this issue up with Waste Management in January, and was told that the collectors have been "reminded", but obviously the reminder didn't stick.
