Description

A water main broke in front of our house last summer. The water department dug up the ground between the sidewalk and street and filled in the repair with clay, they burying the top soil and replanted grass. The grass did not grow becuase of the clay soil. Additionally they damaged the sidewalk as well which they did not repair.

See the picture. Please have the Detroit Water Board repair their mess...thanks!
