Description
We moved into the Crossings at Lake Tarpon subdivision recently. We have notice when it rains even a little bit there are heavy spots of flooding along Lake Tarpon Drive which then allows only one lane at a time to be passable. The road is very narrow and there are no gutters or storm drains. Our thought coming into hurricane season is that should a hurricane or other tropical system hit this road will not be able to properly drain and thus create an issue whereby emergency vehicles are unable to respond to residents in this community, and the residents would not be able to get out. Would it be possible to install storm drains, gutters and widen the road slightly? If storm drains are not possible could the gutters and road widening at least be done? Thank you.
