good luck with that one!
we had a car parked for three years on federal with expired tags and couldn't get it moved.
it also took the police three weeks to come get a car that was illegally parked on federal street..it was in the crosswalk...the car also had a broken steering column and was obviously stolen. i don't know if the police got the car...i think some one came and just re-stole the car...
we've also had our car broken into twice...the police don't respond to that either.

yeah, i won't be surprised if it's there for eternity. maybe we'll have it filled with dirt and use it as a planter.

I have gotten 2 abandoned cars towed from my S.Philly block by using the form on the city website

You have to fill out everything, that means the VIN, registration, correct make and model, but seriously, it works. Seems to be the only effective way to get these cars off the street. Good luck
