Description

The neighbors across from our house has way to many cats. Their cats use everyone's yard as a toilet. I have a one year old son who could possibly eat the poop and get very sick. I don't want to have to restrict my son from playing in the front yard. She let's her cats go wherever. She yells at neighbors about her cats. She's been informed many times about the situation but hasn't done anything about it. I've picked up the poop many times and it doesn't seem healthy. There has been worms in it. I don't think they have their vaccinations or spay/neutered. They are nice people and their crazy are friendly but I've had enough.
