Look how the city repairs sidewalks!

Warning: if you call public works to fix your broken sidewalk, this is the ugly cheap job they will do.

Is this how we want our city to look?

Isn't it the responsibility of the property owner to maintain the sidewalks along their property? Not sure about this.
