On Friday May 22nd 2015 a small black dog with no leash or collar was witnessed defacating on front lawn. This is about the fourth time someone In our home has stepped in dog feces in front of our house. This is not fair as a homeowner who pays taxes and does not have a dog ourselves. This is unacceptable finally we have witnessed which dog it is and we hope this issue will be resolved.
