8 cars are illegally parked at 2:15pm on the Edgewood Avenue mal. Police, write them a ticket!!

did anyone call the police? I am leading to believe this area is of no concern to the police, let alone the city of New Haven. There should be a petition started to go to the mayor. I myself am waiting for a town meeting so I can voice these concerns involving poor upkeep of the mall, the dirt bikes and people who have no respect parking their cars on the green. Lastly no response from the police.
