Q. Issue description:
A. Water Power Park gate is locked on Memorial Day - the public should have access to this park during day hours, this is third time this season, and unacceptable. I live nearby and walk here almost daily. While the City, park department & Xcel are addressing this situation, please also address extending access to the public year round, the current park access season is too short. Thanks.
